Private trusteeships
This represents the core of our business, administering trusts created for a variety of purposes. Our services include:-
- Formation
- Ongoing administration which involves:
- - Management of the assets
- - Selection of investment/property advisers
- - Monitoring the performance of advisers
- - Reviewing structures periodically
- - Preparation of annual accounts
- - Distributions to beneficiaries
Trusts are normally established in conjunction with the input and advice of professional advisers.
The above applies to all Discretionary, Life Interest, Accumulation and Maintenance and Will Trusts.
