Corporate structure

Within the Capco Group there are a number of entities to facilitate the running of client affairs including nominee companies, companies to act as corporate directors, corporate trustee and corporate secretaries.

All of these entities are licensed by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

In addition, we have a UK trust company which is used in specific client situations.
